She took the time to understand who I am, what is important to me and what kind of lifestyle I have in order to figure out what kind of style would suit me and what clothes I needed. The wardrobe clearout was great because I finally had someone to advise me on which of the things I had needed to go - before I was reluctant to throw things out in case I might want them later. We had a long day shopping and I ended up with some really lovely things that magically all go together. I really saw Eleanor's talent at work when she laid out many many outfits made up of different combinations of the things we bought and photographed them for me so I wouldn't forget. As well as advising on style she also understood that this can be an emotional journey and was terrifically patient and supportive from start to finish. I couldn't recommend her highly enough."
